We collect what we need to check that a weekend is right for you, to run it safely and to look after you. We do not sell your personal data. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and how you can see, correct or delete it.

2. What we collect
We collect the following, depending on what you do:
- On the Apply form: your name, mobile number, email, how you heard about us, riding experience, the bikes and gear you own, your preferences for the weekend, and your answers about price.
- After you pay a deposit: your licence and government photo ID, date of birth, photos of your riding gear, emergency contact, blood group, optional medical notes, food and clothing size, travel details, your signed rider waiver and your photo and film choice.
- Payments: handled by our payment gateway. We receive the payment status and reference, not your card or bank login details.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, and the delivery status of messages we send you.
- On the website: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar tools.
3. How we use it
- to read your application, call you and decide whether a weekend suits you
- to run the weekend safely: checks on licence and gear, emergency contacts, stays, food and logistics
- to take payments, issue invoices and keep tax and accounting records
- to message you about your application, booking and future weekends, by WhatsApp or email, where you agreed or where it is needed to run your booking
- to understand how people use the website and to measure and improve our advertising
- to meet legal duties and to handle complaints and claims
Where the law asks for it, we rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
6. How long we keep it
- Applications that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months, so we can tell you about new weekends. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Booking, payment and invoice records: for as long as tax and company law require.
- Licence, ID copies and gear photos: for the weekend and a short period after it, then deleted unless the law or an insurance claim requires us to keep them.
- Medical notes: deleted after the ride.
- Website analytics: according to the retention settings of the analytics provider, normally up to 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to withdraw consent, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
To use a right, write to [Public contact email]. To delete your data, use our data deletion page. We reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our reply, write to our grievance officer below, and if the matter is still not settled you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Security and children
We use access controls, encrypted connections and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please tell us at once if you think your data has been misused.
Our weekends and this website are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
