1. How to ask us to delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Write to [Public contact email] with the subject Delete my data, or message +91 98111 23133 on WhatsApp. Please send from the email address or number you used with us, so we can find your records.

This also covers details you gave us through an Instagram or Facebook message, a Meta lead form or the Apply form.

2. What happens next

• We confirm that it is you.
• We delete your application, messages, documents and gear photos from our systems and from the providers who process them for us, and tell you when it is done. We aim to do this within 30 days.
• We remove you from our messaging lists so you receive no further messages.

3. What we may need to keep

Where the law requires it, we keep invoices, payment records and other tax and accounting records for the required period, and anything needed to deal with a claim or complaint. We will tell you what we kept and why.

4. Advertising data held by Meta and Google

Meta and Google keep their own records from your use of their services. To manage those, use Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences and Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com.
